    • Securely mount the new thermostat base, connect labeled wires to the correct terminals, and attach the faceplate.

    • Ensure the thermostat is level and positioned away from drafts, direct sunlight, or heat sources for accurate temperature readings.

  • Power Restoration & System Testing

    • Restore power to your HVAC system.

    • Test the new thermostat by setting desired temperatures and confirming proper operation of heating and cooling equipment.

  • Customer Orientation

    • Explain how to use the new thermostat and any programmable or smart features.

  • Clean-Up

    • Remove installation debris and ensure your home is left tidy.
